  1. 2023 Changan launched the 长安启源 brand on the evening of 27 August 2023 at an event it called 长安启源日, positioning it as a 「数智进化新汽车」 and planning A, Q and E0 series. Its own filings bracket the year without needing the event: the word 启源 does not appear once in Changan's 2022 annual report, and the 2023 one says the group 「创新构建形成阿维塔、深蓝汽车、长安启源三大智能电动品牌布局」 during the year and that 「长安启源两个月内上市三款新车创行业记录」, three cars in two months. The brand is sold abroad as Changan Nevo, which is the name Changan uses for it throughout the English version of its annual report. Wikidata dates the brand to 2022, which neither filing supports.
Changan 4 marques

Changan names its own brands rather than buying them, and the joint ventures on its books build Fords and Mazdas for China. The state owns it through a chain of holding companies that were renamed and then split apart in 2025, which leaves the listed company itself as the name anyone outside China recognises.
